AS THE NUMBER OF AMPUTEES FROM THE WAR IN UKRAINE GROWS, EXPENSIVE PROSTHETICS AND THE SPECIALISTS WHO FIT THEM ARE BECOMING SCARCE.
I am currently designing a comfortable and affordable above-knee prosthetic socket that can be fit without the assistance of a prosthetist, in order to provide accessible means of movement for amputees in war zones.
